The Greenbelt festival is a Christian gathering in the United Kingdom that has been happening for over thirty years. Greenbelt is an independent Christian charity working to express love, creativity and justice in the arts and contemporary culture in the light of the Christian gospel. www.greenbelt.org.uk

Apparently this is a very popular event, especially with men, with people lining up to get into the tent. Seattle seems like a prime place to do something like this doesn’t it? With the second annual Maple Leaf Lutheran Church Oktoberfest scheduled for September 25, 2010 perhaps we will look into have a few hymns. What do you think of that idea?
